As indicações para o Soul Train Awards 2012 da foram anunciadas , nesta quinta - feira, 19 de Setembro, e Usher lidera o caminho!
Com cinco indicações ao prêmio, incluindo Canção e Álbum do Ano, o cantor de R & B superou Michael Jackson e Beyoncé e agora detém a distinção de maior número de indicações em um único ano. Mas Usher não é o único a bater recordes. Com duas indicações, incluindo Álbum do Ano, R. Kelly é oficialmente o artista mais indicado ao Soul Train Awards da história.
Este ano, alguns dos maiores nomes da música, incluindo Tyrese, Wale, John Legend, Thicke Robin, Mary J. Blige e Alicia Keys receberão homenagens ao lado de Whitney Houston e Amy Winehouse, recém falecidas. Somando-se o suspense, os fãs serão capazes de decidir quem leva para casa o prêmio máximo no meio de uma votação online em quatro categorias especiais: Melhor Performance Caribe, o melhor desempenho internacional, melhor Artista/Grupo de Jazz Tradicional e melhor grupo/artista do jazz contemporâneo.
Apresentando colaborações musicais nunca vistas, homenagens, e aparições das vozes mais aclamadas da música urbana de hoje, o Soul Train Awards 2012 , será realizado em 25 de novembro, no Planet Hollywood, em Las Vegas com transmissão pelos canais BET e Centric.
